Help! My skin has been FREAKING OUT the past few days. I've been super itchy and botchy, and keep getting randomly large underskin zits and black heads, which is not normal for me. It's not hormonal,

Help! My skin has been FREAKING OUT the past few days. I've been super itchy and botchy, and keep getting randomly large underskin zits and black heads, which is not normal for me. It's not hormonal, that's not this week, it's not stress, I haven't changed my facewash, moisturizer, makeup (which I also haven't been wearing), soap, shampoo, or laundry detergent. It hasn't been too cold, and I'm careful about moisturizer so my skin isn't just getting dry. I also haven't changed my diet, but I have started to exercise, however, my skin tends to be better when I sweat, not worse. I have NO idea what is going on.

Any tips for what to do when my face gets itchy and botchy and for stuff that might fight zits that's fairly hypoallergenic or natural. I don't want to press my luck until I figure out what's been going on.

I would make an appointment with your dermatologist ASAP. My skin has been doing the same thing lately, and my derm just put me on new facewash/cream (and with insurance, you usually only have to pay a 40.00 copay)
