My photographer quoted us 14 weeks. Most of the people I have talked to said that is reasonable and about the norm. We had 3 people shooting (photographer and 2 assistants) including our main photographer, so I know we have a TON of pictures.

We are just sooo anxious to see them! The day is such a huge blur to me!

About two months, but starting the day after the wedding the photographer was uploading photos on a website for us to view. It was a nice treat to be able to go on a view new photos every couple days!

I think it took them about 3-4 weeks after the wedding. I agree with PP, 14 weeks is way too long.

I"d say 8 weeks MAX. Maybe a little longer to get an album back (they take some time to pick out pics, edit, and print) but I'd at least except my digital photos by then.

My wedding was Oct 8th and I still don´t have my photos, 3 days ago I got the proof from my wedding photo album to check and approve, and it´s still 2 weeks before it´s printed and in my hands. All I got was the contact sheet to chose the pics that I want to keep and which to discard....

We waited 8 weeks to see our engagement pictures, and 13 weeks to get the pictures on a cd.
I can't imagine how long we will wait for our wedding pictures...
i think it just depends on how much time the photographer devotes to editing, how busy he is(time of year) and how many weddings he did before yours but still hasnt editied....

We got ours back REALLY FAST!! we got ours back in 2 weeks! which I think is very very fast! but I know I was her last wedding of the year and it was a week before Christmas so she had some extra time. Our video took about a month to get back.
