I bought mine off amazon. It was a set and it cost me $10. This wasn't an item I really wanted to go overboard on.
ETA: since people are talking about garters fitting large thighs, this one is teeny. I'm fairly small and these are tight. Elton Bridal is the manufacturer, FYI.

I've been debating making mine, especially since I am not planning on needing a toss garter... But, I don't know if I want to add yet another project to the list. I am leaning towards a "prom" garter on the letsdancegarters.com site. We'll see.
