How long did it take to get your wedding video?
The Chgo board launched a great business for a one man videographer and he has done tons of weddings in our area, but is not turning around product. Some brides have been waiting 6 months.
He always shows up at the weddings and gets paid but then stalls out at delivering.
He was told by a knottie that he was being scewered on theknot and she came back to the board and told us he was sorry, and overwhelmed by how fast his business exploded yada yada ..... HE needs to tell us.
Then, he wrote a personal e mail to all the brides he has contracted for next year and said how sorry he was and how embarrassed he was but his business grew so fast and yada yada yada....Most of the one's he has contracted are staying with him, because he really seemed sorry.
While all of us that he owes product to wait and get NO communication at all or answers to our inquiry. That infuriated me.
My contract says 4 weeks and it has been 8 and the videographer won't reply to my emails and phone calls or any of the brides over there. I'm getting a group together and getting a lawyer.
Just wondering how long it took you all to get your video's or what your contracts said for delivery. I don't want to be unrealistic. BUT 6 months is way to long.....and most have been waiting many months.

I'm actually an October bride, but it took less then 2 weeks for me to get the video back including edited copy and all raw footage!
