Hello All!

I've been lurking and starting to post more recently, and never really introduced myself. So.. here we go!
My FI and I got engaged on our trip to Cozumel last month. I always knew I wanted a DW, especially one in a place that had some meaning to me. I've been traveling to Cozumel for the last 12 years, it started as trips with my family since I was only 12, but I continued going annually after the family vacations stopped being funded for me. This last time my FI surprised me on our first full day by proposing on the beach while we were on a walk... He then further surprised me by arranging for my parents to come down too. I had no idea and bawled when I realized it WAS my mom and dad and I wasn't hallucinating.
So, with that being said, I knew without a doubt that I'd be getting married in Cozumel.
We already have our date picked and reserved with our resort and are starting to get the other details together as well.
I am beyond excited to begin my life with him as a married coule, and even more excited to have our family and friends be with us at our favorite place on earth on the biggest day our lives.
FI and I have been best friends since we were 16 and didn't start dating until 3 years ago. He is without a doubt the best man for me and I feel truly blessed to call him my FI and future husband :)
I can't wait to start gathering ideas from everybody and making our wedding truly special and a reflection of us!

Crazy! I have a friend who went to Grafton for HS then WW for college--now she lives in a small town, Milton. And also, I was born in IN, which part do you live in?

We're getting married January 12, 2013!

Woah.....that's CRAZY. What year did your friend graduate? I'm 1994 (old lady) so if you're a lot younger I probably wouldn't know her. I live in Fishers, IN ;-)
