Hello everyone! I am looking for opinions. We are planning an October 2012 wedding. I can't decide wedding colors. I love orange and pink together, but didn't know if I could get away with pink for fall. It would be more fuschia I guess. Or I thought orange and red, or a deep purple and red. Thoughts would be appreciated.

I wish I could help but I'm struggling myself! I even had a house full of people over last night and got nothing accomplished!

I do love the pink and orange - it's one of the tons of themes I have running through my head....LOL

Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone. I'm actually getting married the day after you! We have a Sunday picked because where we want to have it, they are booked with other things on all the Saturdays in October.

I am leaning toward cranberry and a deep purple with a touch of sage. Guess we will see. :-)

I think the pink (or fuschia) and orange would work fine for fall. I like your other colors as well, and if you are leaning towards those then that's what I would go with, though on a personal note, I think a dark, rich green would look pretty with the cranberry and purple.

I am having just as much trouble as you ladies- I can't make a decision on colors either--gah!! It is too many choices, I tried thinking of a theme I would like to help with picking the colors- yeah who can't make a decision on that either?? This girl-- you ladies are SO not alone.

I saw a swatch on PP.com that was called Raspberry and Coral. It was soooo dang pretty and it was the culmination of an online survey that was won-over from reader votes. If you go to the home page and scroll down to "older posts" about umpteen times you'll eventually find it. LOL - I'm attaching the pic that I downloaded...

I know every bride wants to be original but I swear it would be so nice to know a few other brides who have the same color schemes so we can give each other tips and collaborate on ideas! :)

I'm getting ready to start a new job so I'm going to be up to my eyeballs in stress this year. I want to iron out these colors in the next few weeks.

What do you think of Marine (the peacock blue) Raspberry and Coral with Gold accents? Too much? hmm.....I may be finally onto something! LOL

I am doing a burnt orange, brown and maroon. Brown is mainly for the braidsmaid dress though.

I really like the idea of the peacock blue with with raspberry and coral. That sounds gorgeous. I am leaning toward a deep purple and red with maybe a sage green for accents. My fiance's favorite color is red and mine is purple, so it can't get much better than that. Thanks everyone for the ideas.

Ok, I believe I made up my mind finally. I'm thinking candy apple red and caramel as my main colors. I am thinking plum and sage as accents. Just thought I would share since all of you helped me. Thanks so much!!
