I really like it! It looks beautifully vintage. My only concern would be with the size of the magnet. With 2 pictures and all the text will the items become too small to see well?

I think you would be better served using just one photo - right now there is a LOT going on. I do like the knocked out text on the black background though, it reminds me of a silent film and the font is very appropriate.
