Hello there :)
My name is Pandao, Pan for short. I'm engaged to a wonderful Marine. I've been on The Knot for a while, mostly lurking, and occasionally posting in the Military Brides forum. I had a different kind of wedding planned when we were planning on getting married before my FI deployed, but since our date got pushed to 2013 due to a lot of headache inducing scheduling issues I'm getting to plan my vintage inspired Summer wedding. I figured I'd better introduce myself, so nice to meet you all and thank you in advance for the ideas and advice I will be bugging you all for in the near future ;D

That should totally be the R&V board motto! But it needs an awesome theme song playing behind...

Thank you all for the warm welcome!
My wedding is mostly 30-40s inspired with some touches from ealier decades. My setting will be rustic. My colors are antique blue, cream, white, with black accents. Everything will be a little eclectic. My reception is outdoors, and semi formal.
Venue is an old chapel. We're using it as a backdrop.
