Ok, so i have always dreamed of a princess happily ever after themed wedding. After my FH proposed i started planning immediatly, we decided to do silver and pink as our wedding colors. figuring they would go along with the theme. When I showed one of my bridesmaids the dress I liked and the colors, she told me she absolulty hated the dress, and thought that my colors would clash. I'm looking more for imput as far as my colors go.

i think silver and pink are fine...pink will also go with black, green, white....google pink weddings and hit images and theres lots of ideas colorwise!

i am having a may 2013 wedding and my colors are black and white, with pink as an accent color. my coworker who is getting married this june however is having a hot pink and silver wedding, but she added black as well. I think the colors work well together, totally a barbie/cinderella look.

I'm getting married in May 2013 as well :). I like soft vintage colours, so I'm thinking pewter bridesmaids dresses (so that they can wear them again) with pale purple/lavender, ivory and green flowers and decor.

If I didn't love purple so much, I'd definitely do pink. It's your wedding - don't let people sway you otherwise just because it's not what they prefer.

I think silver and pink is fine and well....I wanted to some how incorprate a cinderealla theme in to my wedding but couldnt think of anything other then me being all sparkly and pumpkins...and well I dont want pumpkins at my wedding soo I am just going to be all sparkly and have a princess wedding cake topper. Here is the photo of it :) I found it at Party city for 40 bucks!!!!
