well my theme isn't cowboy per se but more country/rustic.. I'm definitely using green and trying to decide on either going for a light gold yellow or possibly a light brown.  As for flowers I'm thinking either wildflowers or sunflowers. Hope that helps.

Try doing a Goggle image search of cowboy weddings and see if there are any ideas you like. If you find an idea that you like, bookmark it or make a note of it.

The mod of the board has a sticky posted at the top of the board about color help. Definitely check those websites out. They are VERY helpful.

We're doing a "Cowboy" wedding but not wanting it to be so in your face, you're at a hoe-down kinda thing, so we're using alot of rustic elements. Our main color is red but using orange & yellow accents. As for flowers, we're using alot of gerber daisies & wild flowers. Everyone in our WP is wearing boots (girls in red dresses & boots, guys in black pearl snaps, jeans & boots. FGs in white sundresses & boots.) The only ones in cowboy hats are my FI & our son who is the ring bearer. There are alot of really great cowboy ideas, I googed alot & found some really awesome pics for ideas. Centerpieces are going to be a mixture of potted plants/flowers in rustic looking pails & wooden boxes. Our venue is definitely setting the theme really well, its a ranch in Texas & the inside of the barn is decorated with mounted deer heads, buffalo heads, etc. We're also bringing in alot of iron pieces with the Texas star, horse shoes, etc. And for the sweetheart table, a friend of the family is making a rustic sign with our new last name on it  with horse shoes & barbed wire (we're going to reuse at our house)

Love all the suggestions!  Red gingham is a good fabric print and it's not too feminine.  We're having mason jars as vases as well as drinking glasses ~AND I got them all free on my local freecycle.org.  gl

A friend of mine did a cowboy theme (since she is a real cowgirl it suited her) and she used Wanted posters for her save the date cards. It was really neat. You could use brown and orange flowers with sunflowers in the center.

the white boots you can get them on rods.com for a decent price. and they are able to be dyed later so you can wear them more than once.

We are doing a camo/cowboy wedding. We are doing tans, browns, and earthy greens with some mossy oak camo in a few places. like ribbons on the bouquets etc.

This what we are doing; my bm and moh are wearing tea lenght dresses and wearing boots... I decided on wearing a light tan colored boot, my dress isn't going to be white.
