I have a general color theme but I am not sure where to go from it. I am getting married outside in a gazebo near a lake and garden. I am not sure what kind of theme or any ideas at all to even include with these colors...
These flowers are the colors I am thinking about using. Any advice, tips, and insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

That's really pretty! I love bright colors together like that. We aren't doing a theme for our wedding - we think that theme of "wedding" is enough. I think the colors are bold enough to stand on their own. You could do a "hearts" theme or something simple if you really wanted a theme.

A color scheme is perfectly fine. You don't need to have a theme.

The colors are beautiful. Our theme is "Our Favorite Things". We incorporatd our favorite things into elements of the wedding. For example we both love tennis, so we're honeymooning in Australia during the Australian Open. We both love superhero movie and I'm a big comic book fan so our wedding program highlights that.

Pick something that you both are interested in and write down all the ideas on two pieces of paper. Then give one to your fiance and when you both have your own paper cross off the ones that you aren't that fond of. This way you could narrow down the list.

My theme is butterflies. After I started researching "weddings" more, i never knew how popular they were in the wedding scene.

Some venues offer colored napkins or chair covers. I saw a pic of an outdoor reception in a white tent that had coordinating sheer fabric streamed up along the top and hanging down the sides of the tent. It looked amazing!!
