As long as it is an enclosed, vintage car, you should be OK. Older model cars have heat, you might have a problem finding someone to rent one to you though because alot of owners won't want to bring their precious cars out in a MN winter. I know you don't see any of those cars out, even at shows or anything, here in ND until summer.
