Interchurch wedding

My fiance is Catholic, and I am Christian. We want our wedding to be accepted by the Catholic religion, but we agree that since most of our guest are Christian (my family in particular) we would prefer to have a Christian ceremony. Is this a difficult thing to do or even possible? Truly, either way I will be marrying the man of my dreams, and we will be happy either way things work out, I just want to know the possibilities so we can start to get things done! Thanks all!

That said - Catholics are Christians, FYI, and for your marriage to be recognized by the Catholic Church it has to be conducted in a Catholic Church.
