Hi everyone,
I am super new to planning and have little to no concept of how much things typically cost. I'm trying to keep costs low on food, and might book a venue that allows outside catering. Any advice on affordable caterers in the south shore area, and cost estimates? If a venue costs $2000-4000, do you think I will save money by getting the venue and catering separately or will it add up to more than an all-inclusive place?
Also, has anyone done an open bar where you BYOB and hire a bartending service like Boston's Best? Any feedback?
