Small ivory flowers for my hair needed

I would like to wear flowers in my hair. I do not want the giant ones that are so popular, just a few small ivory ones between 1 and 2 inches. If they are going to be real, I want don't want them to wilt or fall apart. If they are going to be fake, I would like them not to look cheap or fake. Diamonds or pearls in the center are ok. Any suggestions? I tried to buy some on etsy already but I have spent over $40 and they look terrible in person. Anyone know of a good etsy product or anywhere else I can go?

I wore flowers in my hair - I opted for two silk lilies of the valley sprigs. They were very small, didn't wilt (obviously) and didn't look fake. I had my florist incorporate some into my bouquet also to tie the look together.
