This place looks so pretty and it seems to be a bit more affordable than Cooper Estate 
Has anybody been here? Did you like it?

    I went when they did a groupon to check it out since it was a really great deal!

    The place is really run down and needs a lot of work. I can see potential but it depends if you are DIY or if your hiring someone. Also, I didn't like the drive there... it's in middle of warehouses.

    i loved my venue and it had a garden feel to it it was called new dawn at cutler bay .. maybe you will like it
