I hope it is ok to post two questions at once because they are related to each other. I would like to continue the tradition of an engagement photo with my fiancee wearing a suit and I wearing a hanbok, but I am having trouble finding a studio that will provide a screen backdrop. The photographers I talked to only shoot on location and the families already had the necessary props. I am wondering if I am looking in the wrong places or asking the wrong questions.
Also, I am trying to find a good hair and makeup artist for my wedding in March, but the women I used to get my hair done have retired. Although I have been given some recommendations for makeup, I have not had much luck with interviews. Although my Mom has offered to translate for me if I go to the salons along Harry Hines and Hebron Parkway, I would like to be able directly -- the last time I allowed my Mom to translate, I ended up with a haircut I didn't want.
