Clambake Location in Groton/Mystic Area

Hi Ladies!

We're tying the knot Labor Day Weekend in Groton, CT and are entertaining the idea of doing a Clam bake.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Or have any suggestions for the area? 

We'd prefer for it to be at a beach or park setting but are open to a restaurant.

I believe Latitude 41 offers a clambake option for weddings. It's a beautiful location right on the Mystic River.

Their website is a little blank right now because they're closed for winter. But they fed us delicious food and worked really well for a small place that doesn't usually do big groups!
