I completely agree.  We went with Susan Foy The Wedding Designer and loved her and her prices.  The most bang for your buck in town.

I used Posy Floral Designs in Northern Kentucky.  I thought it was really reasonable pricing.  I love my bouquets, though my request was pretty simple of just hydrangeas and roses... http://www.posyfloraldesigns.blogspot.com/

Carol Ruffin @ Blossoms Florist.  She is very reasonable and great to work with.  You get to meet her at a floral warehouse and pick out your flowers and she also does samples of the bridesmaid bouquets and centerpieces for you.
