OOT bride and need help!!

I am getting married in April at Saint Mary's. I wanted to get married at the BOT but it's already booked! Can anyone help me with reception recs? I want a venue that has some outdoor space and can accommodate 200-250 guests. I have no budget...thanks!!!

I like audubon tea room, rosys jazz hall, and race and religious.

When you say April, do you mean 2014 or 2015?

Third audubon tea room.  Had my weeding there for about 200 guests.

Thank you all--was able to get my church deposit changed for another date when the BOT is available!! I'm sure ill be asking many more questions along the way!

I would start to contact lighting and other event companies (Luminous Events, etc) for candles and so forth.  I know they tend to book up pretty far in advance and most of the photos I've seen of events at the BOT involved bringing in lighting for the courtyard, alleyway entrance.  Congrats on securing your venue!  Happy planning!
