We are having a nonreligious ceremony at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, OH & want our wedding officiant to be our close friend. Has anyone done this? I know there are courses online, I'm just not sure what Ohio/Mahoning County law is on this. Thought I'd ask you guys before calling the Clerk of Courts
