Guitar unplugged - help

We really want a guitar to play all the music during the ceremony. The only thing I'm worried about is the volume. There is a city ordinance that doesn't allow amplified music outside which is where the ceremony will be. Would an unplugged guitar be loud enough for a private outdoor wedding with 60-90 guests?

It might be tricky but if you could have a microphone or something near the guitar so it's a bit louder but not enough to be considered amplified and break the ordinance then it might work.
