Sheboygan vendors

We're getting married at the Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan but we live almost 2 hours away. So...we need some help in finding vendors in that area for an officiant, photogragher, DJ, ceremony musician, cake and florist. We're getting a list from the resort with our contract but I'm looking for some outside opinions! Thank you for any help!

    www.davidkasdan.com i think they travel out that way and their prices are very reasonable

    I actually live in sheboygan the only problem is I've only lived here a year. I am asking around for you because I know how it feels. We're getting married in Green Bay which is about an hour and a half away! I will check back with you!

    -Contemporary Impressions with Dan Georgia (photography). He is based right out of Sheboygan. Has price packages starting at $750 up. He does AMAZING quality work, is extreamly professional, and very down to earth. We have had a lot of fun working with him this far.

    He has so more photos on his http://contemporaryimpressions.net/ site, but the ide show runs REALLY slow.

    -As for Blue Harbor. They are going through owner change so please PLEASE take the time to go over ALL of your information and contracts with them again before the wedding. I have close friends that are involved at Blue Harbor and things are extremely difficult there right now. I don't want to worry you, I'm sure you have enough going on, just a word of advice.

    -As for cakes, we are personally going with Natalie's Pastries located in the Sheboygan Fall Piggly Wiggly. She makes AMAZING desserts (it's not just a Pig bakery like all other grocery stores). You can find her on FB under Natalie's pastries http://www.facebook.com/#!/NataliesPastries

    Coming in a close second for us was Chris's Cake Creations http://www.chriscakecreations.com/index2.html
    Her cakes are also very delicious (the old lady is a little wacky, but fun to work with). Her prices run from $1.50 up. She does the bakery in a tiny shop right behind her house. The only reason we didn't choose her is because we had a closer affiliation with Natalie.

    -I can't really help you much with Floral (we are using artificial), but Caan's floral http://www.caanfloral.com/  in sheboygan has a lot to offer and is one of the bigger florist in town. Floral Creations In Howards Grove is excellent at working with Brides on a budget but they don't have a website :(

    We have a wedding lady here in Sheboygan Mary Angjeli's. She is the go to lady for anything wedding. http://maryangelis.com/ She will have the right direction to point you in for florists or anything else you are looking for.

    -DJ's, we went with Advanced Entertainment out of Two Rivers. Sound Investment is very good, and we have a wedding to go to in Two weeks, Ill be checking out their DJ and letting everybody know.

    Where in GB?  I am getting married there too!

    OP....I have a few vendors in my bio. 

    Monzu is where I am getting my cake (they are located in Green Bay)

    I am getting from Jess Fleur Fun which is in Waukesha BUT the delivery fee is only $50 to Green Bay (some GB florists quoted me $75 delivery fee and were more expensive).

    Photgrapher I am using KB Image - Kim is amazing!

    We used Jomaji Salon and Spa for the wedding day and they are great and super easy to work with! It's right by the Blue Harbor so it could not have worked out any better!

    I am getting married in Elkhart Lake and just met with a florist I LOVE and am going to book. The name of the place is Twig Flowers and is based in PLymouth. She is this wonderfully creative Brazilian woman and love her!
