gluten free caterer?

I am looking for a gluten free caterer in the Dayton Cincinnati area. I am not having any luck looking online. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Is the gluten-free requirement for you or for your guests?  If it's for you, I would suggest going with a regular caterer and then ordering a special gluten-free meal for you.  That's much easier done and you have more options.

    In this situation, I have used Chelsea Clinton's wedding as an example.  She had meat on her menu for her guests' enjoyment and a special vegan meal for her.
