Hair Help!

I am thinking of cutting my hair off (Ear-chin length) but can't find any ideas for how to style it with a veil. I like the bird cage (which is super easy with short hair) but I really like the idea of having a long veil.

I can't find any pictures either but the only thing to remember is that the longer the veil the heavier it gets which will make the comb more difficult to stay in your hair.  So can either attach the veil to a headpiece (if you are going to wear one) to help keep it in place or use some bobby pins to criss cross over the comb to help it stay as well.

Mine was attached with just a metal comb that was sewn to the veil.  I have pretty thick hair (and a lot of it) and the amount of teasing and hairspray that was used on my hair there was no way that my veil was going to go anywhere.

I think veils are usually attached to a comb, so you could add extra bobby pins in x-shapes there if you wanted.  Or, find a veil that is attached to a headband or something.  Here are some pictures of brides with short hair wearing veils:

Not sure how long your hair is now, but if it's a length you usually have and ear-chin length is radically different, I encourage you to really think about it before you do it!  You don't want to have any regrets.  Doeydo posted some great photos of brides with short hair and long veils......it can be done!
