Wedding Vendor Reviews - where are they?

I'm trying to put some reviews for vendors at my wedding but when I search for them, they don't come up.  I don't see a place where I can add them, is it just that only vendors that pay TK get their services mentioned on this site?

    Hey! You can post a review for your local vendor by clicking the "city" tab on the community page. Let me know if you have any other questions.
