Three different last names in one house!

FI uncle and his gf and her grown daughters are all invited but all have different last names. How do I address that on an envelope and invitation?

adress the invite to  mr john doe mrs jane smith and family you would adress his last name her first and last name and family or you could just adress mr john doe and family meaning everyone would be invited in his household

The proper way to address the invitation is: Mr. John Smith (next line) Ms. Mary Thomas (next line) 123 Main Street (next line) Anytown, State. Do not use "and" to connect their names on the same line, as that is reserved for married couples. The grown daughters who are also invited should receive their own invitation, addressed separately to each one. *Note: iPad won't let me do paragraphs; I hope you can follow this!
