HI! I need help in finding a reasonably priced wedding ceremony location. I am in Torrance, and didn't want to go very far from here. I was thinking Averill Park in San Pedro, but when I went to go check out the Gazebo it was rusty and run down. The ground around it was filthy and full of gunk? I'm not even sure what was all over the ground. I wanted to stay in this area because my reception is in Torrance.
