September 4pm DDB tour to hot

Hey ladies in your opinion would 4pm be to hot for a DDB strip tour late September. I know probably not, does anybody know if the bus has air con. I really think it will be an amazing experience for our guests but, don't want them dripping.

    I have been to Vegas every year for the past 4 years in September for my fiances birthday and in my opinion it is pretty hot. Especially if your all dressed up, but that's just my opinion. who knows maybe with the whole atmosphere of everyone being so happy the heat might not be an issue :)

    The lower level is air conditioned, but the top level is not. Not only will it be hot, but the sun will be pretty direct.
