Yay! My step-mom bought my wedding dress, today. It's so nice to enjoy some things about the wedding planning process. I was so scared that the dress would not look good, but it does. I still want to lose 10 lbs before the wedding so the dress isn't so snug (and if I can manage that, the alterations will be very inexpensive.) I am in LOVE with this dress. I am so grateful for my step-mom. I have had so much family drama, it is so nice to have someone who is so kind and generous. I don't know what I could ever do to make it up to her. Just to let you know how awesome she is, she is technically, no longer my step-mother. She and my father are divorced. She has always been there for me, and just because it didn't work out between her and my dad, she has never allowed that to affect her relationship with me.
