I was looking for different bridesmaid gift ideas and came across this thread on WeddingBee...i'm speechless. Like, is this real life?

Poster: is it like super rude not to give a gift....cuz i really dont have the money.....like really dont....i can barely pay for my wedding/masters degree/rent---thats why i was thinking of just giving them sum bars sounds weird but arkansas folk love thier xanex

She had nine, NINE flipping bridesmaids! Isn't there a lot of websites out there that provide advice on saving money during a wedding and one of them was to limit how many bridesmaids you have? This chick is insane.

Bars are a street term for them because the pills are shaped like bars...and I only know this because I work in mental health lol.

@Livleighton mine were too when I took them.  The only thing I can think of is that maybe the really strong mg is a bar? idk.  I had a low dose and mine were circular.

My Xanax are also circles.  And if I gave 3 to each of 9 bridesmaids?  I'd have -12 Xanax in my possession.  Obviously I only have "as needed for medical procedures" Xanax lol.

Also, isn't that like..oh, I dunno, illegal?

I mean, my bridesmaids are each getting a bottle of wine (among their other gifts) but wine is legal when you're 26+ lol.  My bridesmaids are getting old, I love it.

A bar is 2mg. My script is for 0.25 mg!! I'm pretty sure/hoping she was just screwing with the other posters. Her grammar and punctuation are terrible and she's working on a master's degree?? Seems doubtful.
