Hello!
We're getting married in April at the Circuit Court in Rockville. I was wondering if anyone had luck using their own ceremony at the circuit court? I called them today and they said they only use the pre-written ceremony that they have provided, but we can write our own short vows. Has anyone ever used a ceremony that they wrote themselves at this location?
