I've never attended a wedding there, but I have a friend who has sung as many weddings there.  She says it smells like fish the entire time and she's heard many guests complaining about the smell and how it makes the food taste. Just something to think about.  And for any venue, you are best just emailing or calling and asking for a price list.

Wait a minute, I can get married at the aquarium? That's so cool! Is it expensive?

I'm pretty sure it's on par with most downtown Boston venues in terms of price, which likely means at least a $30,000 food and beverage minimum. I've only ever heard people complain about the smell of the fish and the penguins, but other than that I've heard it's very nice. I think they usually do a tent outside the back. I'm sure the photos are great. But seriously, "other than the smell" is a huge hurdle to get over!
