I know everyone is on a budget but I figured I would share information I found while helping my friend plan her wedding. While searching for a wedding photographer, I decided to Google "free wedding photography contest" and "free engagement contest". I also searched Craigslist and Pinterest for free contests. Surprisingly I did find quite a few photographers offering contest. I guess its worth a try.
