I have had the most amazing experience with Laura Grahl from Daisy Field's Photography (out of Eden, WI)
http://daisyfieldsphotography.org/ . Her cost was $700 (her prices for next year raised a little) and she gave us 9 hours of coverage. She even drove to one location for the bride pictures (getting ready), then drove out where the guys were, then back to the wedding location. (it was a 10 min drive between locations).
Prior to the wedding day, Laura was right on top of things, and was always available via email. After we met in person, Laura asked that I look around online and send her pictures of poses/ideas that I would want on our big day. I even sent a sparkler picture that I wasn't sure if we would be able to do.
On the wedding day Laura made sure to capture the poses we wanted and also used her experience to suggest other great pictures. As far as the sparkler picture she practice with family memebers beforehand to get it just right. We had so much fun having the pictures taken. She is very sweet and she was all over the place to get the perfect shots (on the ground, standing on rocks, leaning over things).
I highly recommend Laura! We were on a very tight budget and I didn't get my hopes up on having pictures that looked overly amazing because I understand you get what you pay for. But with Laura I get goosebumps looking at her pictures and remembering the wonderful day. This is exactly how I dreamt of feeling when looking at my wedding pictures.
