Blast Blow Dry/Hair & Makeup

Wondering if anyone has used Blast Blow Dry Bar for their bridal hair/makeup. I'm trying to find something economical (under $300) for my hair/makeup plus consultation and this seems to be about $100 less than going through some of the individuals that do hair/makeup. If you used them, what location did you go to or was there anyone you worked with that you thought was really good/bad? Also wouldn't mind getting any other recommendations people might have for other "economical" hair/makeup vendors that they were happy with. I'd really like to keep it under $300, including a consultation, but don't want to go to a beauty school. Also, any opinions on whether the extra charge for airbrush foundation was worth it?

So not wedding but--- I went to the St. Louis Park location for my hair and makeup when I took my business head shots. I was really happy with how it turned out and both lasted all day. I don't remember who I used, but everyone walking out of there looked good. I think it costed around $100.

Check out Makeup by Mici (http://micimakeup.wix.com/makeup-by-mici#). She has hairstylists that she'll partner with to do the hair while she does the makeup. She is definitely within your price range and she'll come onsite as long as it's within the metro area. Here are pics from my wedding showing the hair/makeup: http://laviephotography.com/blog/bearpath-erika-tony/.

    Good luck!

My friends and I got our hair done at BLAST for a wedding and we had awful customer service at the West End location! Rude staff! We were 5 minutes late so they cancelled my appointment...I called the downtown location and they were able to squeeze me in last minute and were 100x more professional!
