Wondering if any of you have held or are holding your wedding at Alder Manor in Yonkers, NY - did you have luck customizing the menu or negotiating the catering cost? They quoted 145pp with an additional 25pp with premium bar, with an 8k site fee, which puts us just over budget...wondering if I should try to see if they can work within our budget but not quite sure how to go about it!
