Rustic finger lakes wedding

We live in Rochester but are hoping to get married in the fall in the Finger Lakes. I am hoping to stay within an hour and a half from Rochester so our guests don't have to travel far. Does anyone know of barns or rustic reception sites that are not too pricey around there and can accommodate about 140 people? I haven't had much luck besides Becker Farms and Wingate Barn. (I would love for the barn/reception site to be near one of the lakes so that it can be seen in the photos!) Thanks! Kori

A "Real" Northern New Yorker

There are TONS of fantastic wineries out there, just keep looking!

The Thirsty Owl.  It is a little far from Rochester.  I live in buffalo.  It is near Ithaca. It's a winery overlooking the water.  It is not extremely rustic, but it can be played up.  They have delicious food, you may need to get a tent for extra guests, but I think the winery has those, because they do weddings often, there.  There is, also, The Timberlodge in Akron, it doesn't overlook any water (there are some ponds there, as it is set on a golf course).  But it has a rustic lodge vibe to it, making it a little fancier but still country-esque. It does have rolling hills and weeping willows. There is also the Mayowood Barn in Rochester.  Again, no view of the lakes, but it is definitely a beautiful rustic setting.
