Villa rose? Tony and penny's? Shower

Looking for shower venues. Has anyone been to either of these locations? I am trying to be budget friendly

     My family has used Tony and Penny's for almost every baby and bridal shower since I can remember. The food is good and not bad for pricing. They have the menu and terms& conditions on the website.

    I had my bridal shower at Tony and Penny's and it was great. Everyone loved the food. My family has also used the restaurant for many other showers and we've had good experiences.
