Thursday Accountability

I didn't bring in my breakfast and lunch for work so we'll see what happens :(

B: Cereal and milk, multi-vitamins, Monster

L: Sushi

D: Turkey burger with pasta salad

E: None, getting spray-tanned and I can't sweat for 8 hours after...

    D: Turkey tacos (probably with a couple of beers)

    E: C25K W2D2 and some mat stuff

    B:  WW toast with a little whipped butter, 2 eggs, 1 pc. bacon; split a cup of coffee (with a splash of milk) with my H this morning.

    L:  leftover Italian Sausage Tortellini soup (very good, but needed a little more meat IMO) and 1/2 PBJ; mango

    S:  larabar, tangerine, prednisone (ha!  down to 20 mg!)

    D:  more leftover soup and 1/2 sandwich

    WO:  starting over Insanity, I think I can finally start exercising again after a month!  woo-hoo!  so, M1 D1 Insanity (Fit Test)

    ETA:  I'm down another pound (prednisone actually suppresses my appetite instead of making me hungry, WHOA!) but I expect the weight to go back up once I put on muscle again.  I like seeing this number but I miss having pretty muscles more.

    L- Leftover Chicken Tortilla Soup- I pan-fried some torillas in some oil yesterday and they were sooo good!!! I'm never putting corn chips on my soup again.

    D- Probably more Chicken Tortilla Soup.

  • @southernpeach89 - you can also spray your corn tortillas with EVOO spray and bake them on a baking sheet at 425 for a few minutes, until crispy.  less mess!  :)

    D: Brown Rice Jambalaya with Chicken, Shrimp, and Bell Peppers YUM!

    L: Chicken salad

    D: Not sure....maybe soup with some gluten free crackers and cheese.  Wine

    S: Apple

    E: 30 minutes on treadmill and a 45 minute bodysculpt class.

     

  • I went grocery shopping last night so I have all sorts of stuff prepared for today.

    S: four donut holes and a clementine
    L: lebanon balogna sandwich, carrots
    S: cheese and red pepper slices
    D: shit, I just realized I don't have anything planned for dinner. We do have our meals planned for the rest of the week though.

    S: Probably nothing 

    D: ST Asparagus, Egg, Bacon Salad

    E: Walk with Lucy

  • @LivLeighton - looks yummy!  I'll eat a couple chocolate Easter egg candies that are by the microwave at work in honor of your strawberry donuts.  in no way do they compare, but it's the best I can do.  I think I'll have to get a donut this weekend, though!  <3
