Does anyone know where I could order a fun, frilly garter for my cousin's wedding? She is getting married at the Harley museum and we are wearing orange so I was thinking orange toss garter and blue keepsake garter. I grew up in Milwaukee and always got awesome prom and HC garters from Baskets & Blossoms on 90th and Oklahoma. I see that they are out of business and am looking for a new place to find something unique. I would consider a DIY project too. Thanks in advance! Kelly (MOH in Indy)
