Catering Question?

When do you have to have the full amount to your caterer by? I know usually you have to do a deposit, but how far out did they need the full amount?

Depends on the caterer.  Our venue required the final amount 10 days prior to the wedding.

Definetely depends.  Ours was also 10 days.  Why don't you just ask?

I want to say it was about a week out.  Just ask when you meet with them.

I think ours was two weeks out. But yeah, it depends on the caterer.

Completely depends on the vendor.  When you are looking for caterers this is a question you should ask, along with how much of a deposit you need to put down.

Yeah this definitely varies by caterer. We put down a $500 deposit and then the final was due 7 days before our wedding.
