Chair rentals

We are most likely having an outdoor wedding but the venue doesn't have outdoor chairs. I was just wondering if anyone knows an inexpensive place to rent chairs that is around the Waukesha area. We are just trying to find a reasonable price before we go book something months from now. Thank you!

I'm not from the Waukesha area, so I don't know of any specific companies.  However, don't be shocked if chair prices are much more than you anticipate (at least, they were much more than I originally thought).  We are spending close to $800 to rent 165 chairs for our ceremony in Madison.  This includes delivery, set-up, and take-down, but I was still shocked by the price.  This is also the price after using a 10 percent off coupon I got at a bridal show.  This was actually a lower price than another rental company in the Madison area.  Sorry I don't know of any companies, but hopefully this provides you with a bit of a ballpark idea for prices!

I don't know if it is too far, but we are renting from Stoughton Lumber. I know it's a random place, but it is only $1/chair.

When I sought out chair quotes (I ultimately did not need chairs), Area Rental out of New Berlin was the most reasonable by far.   http://www.arearentalwi.com/

I went to madfoxparty.com for my bridal shower and  they have a place in Brookfield.  They were really reasonable.

I have heard that if you make a donation to a church they will let you use tables and chairs. You may want to check into that. We used Cream City Canopies and Rentals, and it was $180 for 75 chairs. They are based out of Cudahy.
