XP Tips to avoid chaffing?

I had my final dress fitting yesterday and brought my dress home!  I LOVE it!

The only problem is.....after I took it off I realized that it was rubbing a little weird under my arms. I'm very busty and we had to make the top & straps pretty tight so it would hold me in. The seamstress said there wasn't really anything we could do with the fabric under my arms because it is one piece on top and adjusting the arm holes might loosen the hold on the bust. The rubbing didn't hurt and I barely noticed it, but I only had the dress on for maybe 45 minutes to make sure I could walk, sit, dance, etc. I'm worried the chaffing might start to hurt when I wear it for 6+ hours on my wedding day.

Any advice to avoid the chaffing? Any runners out there that have awesome products I could try? I have 3 weeks to try things out and make a plan.

Arm & Hammer makes an anti-chafing stick that's a lot like deodorant. I recommend it.

UGH. I HATE the thighs rubbing together. It's why I never wear skirts! I definitely want to try this!

@ashley8918 - IT'S. AWESOME. I used to never wear skirts or shorts or dresses in the summer because of it, but this stuff has saved me.

I'm a runner and I love Body Glide. There is no weird smell, and it feels just like putting on deodorant. I swear by it!

I second this: this stuff is amazing and can even sometimes be found at the drug store (near the rest of the Monistat stuff).
