Venue that allows outside vendors

Hi Ladies,

We are planning on bringing in our own alcohol and catering but are having a hard time finding a place that allows that. Has anyone found a place that does or in the same situation?

Noah's in Gilbert, Saguaro Ranch Park, Encanto Park are a few I know about. Papago Park too.
