After creating my guest list using the Guest List Manager, I sent out a request for guests to provide their mailing address. In the form they received, it also automatically asked them to fill in their children's names and any other guests they were bringing! I do not want those fields shown as children are not invited and only some guests will be permitted to bring a guest.
