Good afternoon, Colorado ladies! I wanted to take a moment to share this wonderful find with all of you who might also be on a budget for your wedding day. We started our reception venue search looking for three things: affordable (no more than $1000, preferably less), allows outside food vendors & allows outside alcohol. There were many people who told us it couldn't be done, but we found one! Allow me to introduce you to the Washington Street Community Center.

The fees for a weekend event are $75/hr with a free hour of set up. I believe it is $50/hr for weekday events. The security deposit is $150 which you will receive back in full if you leave the place like you found it.
