Ceremony site in SE WI

Hello!
I am starting my search for a venue and am running into a few problems. I would like a wedding between may and august of 2012. And already most places are booked. But still searching... I would like an outdoor ceremony site seperate from the reception site. But one with a nice "view" and has a building of somesort for a bridal room and such. I would like somewhere unique and not just an everyday boring park. For about 150 people as well.  Reception space I would also like something with a little uniqueness, not just a hotel....Any ideas for either site? I live in Waukesha, so preferably between here and milw.
Thank you!

What about the Domes over by Miller Park?
The sites would'nt be separate...well unless you include going fro Dome to Dome Wink But it would still be a pretty cool place for a wedding. Defiantly not lacking on scenery.

Have you looked at the Club at Strawberry Creek? We are having an outdoor ceremony there in August 2012. It is overlooking a gold course and absolutely gorgeous. It is in Kenosha right off of 94, don't know if that is too far or not but if it's not, you should go check it out. The ceremony site is on the grounds but off to one side and the reception hall is on the other. There is also a bridal room as well as other rooms below the reception hall room.

    Good Luck!

What about the Milwaukee County Zoo?  My brother had his wedding there maybe a year and half ago.  They had an outdoor ceremony overlooking the pond and then the reception was in the Peck Center. It was wonderful!

Be careful with them - they totally screwed us over with alcohol charges.  Get every.single.detail in writing with that club.

Beautiful setting though.  But shady business practices.

Thank you for the ideas! I saw the strawberry creek one somewhere so maybe I will check into them and see how far it would be.

Thank you for the idea of Bush Gardens! I had heard about it before but forgot to look them up. I just sent an e-mail so we will see when they get back to me!!! Fingers crossed!
