B-hot chocolate, yogurt with almonds

L-potato/tomato dish

S-apple and some pretzels

D-leftover tomato pie from dinner last night, may be some cucumbers

E- only time for an Abs work out today

    B: strawberry greek yogurt, coffee with milk

    S: mini baby bell cheese x 2

    L: Probably a turkey sammich, and a peach

    D: Not sure  yet.

    E; Upper body workout because my ankle sucks...

    B- Coffee and I left my smoothie at home so I'll drink that for lunch

    L- Smoothie and leftover baked chicken

    D- More leftover baked chicken and quinoa

    Woot! Back in diet and exercise mode now that I'm back from vacation and my sinuses are clearing up!

    B - green smoothie (kale, spinach, arugula, chard, cucumber, protein powder, pineapple, banana, and unsweetened almond coconut milk)
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - Chicken noodle soup, baby carrots, applesauce, sugar free jello
    S - string cheese, granola bar
    D - tacos! Going to use a spinach tortilla, ground beef, low fat cheese, and salsa. Om nom nom.
    E - cardio! Probably the stair climber for 40-50 minutes.

    I do not contribute to the accountability threads very often, but I found this quote on Pinterest and thought it would be a realistic representation of what my posts would look like. ----------------------------------------------------------- "I had a plain greek yogurt this morning, and a salad for lunch.     B - Toast with cream cheese
    S - Saltines
    L - Greek Yogurt and Tangerines
    S - Cherry tomatoes
    D - Haven't decided yet
    E - We're going to goon a 5+ mile bike ride soon-ish, but we're putting it off because it's ridiculously hot outside atm.

    I didn't lose anything last week, but this week it must have caught up because I was down 5! I'll blame it on my change in exercise routine.
