Outdoor Ceremony Options

Hi all!

Just wondering if anyone has ideas for an outdoor ceremony in the Shakopee/Chanhassen/Chaska area. We're having our reception at Stonebrooke Golf Club (and it's gorgeous by the way!), but their ceremony location can only seat approx 30 people. Everyone else would need to stand. This being the case, I'm looking for another outdoor option. Public park with nice views, a Church that has an outdoor space, winery etc. The problem I'm running into is most places do not allow only a ceremony and you must do the reception there as well. I'm sure this is the case for most venues. Any ideas would be welcome! Anything within 20-30 minutes from Stonebrooke would be just fine.

We looked at Stonebrooke and too thought it was gorgeous, but the ceremony thing was odd to us too!   It really has some awesome perks for having it there!

Anyways, if you want something in Shakopee, check out The Landing which is up against the Minnesota River.

Some don't have very good "seated" views but scroll through Weddings and Garden ceremonies and eventually you'll come up with some areas with seated areas for 100+ guests such as the Perennial Garden and Trex Deck.

Many people get married under the gazebo in downtown Chaska.
